Founded and chaired by Dr. Varun Chaudhary, OphthoEvidence is an international collaboration of retinal specialists, clinician-scientists, methodologists, and clinical trialists dedicated to advancing evidence-informed retinal care through rigorous evidence synthesis.

The program generates and synthesizes high-quality evidence through systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and innovative evidence synthesis methodologies, evaluating treatments, biomarkers, imaging and emerging technologies in retinal disease.

These evidence synthesis provide the scientific foundation for clinical guidance, education, research and knowledge translation initiatives that improve retinal care internationally.
